"Really simple to sort out at home"
This was very easy to do at home. The sample collection was straightforward, and the instructions were clear enough that I didn’t have to second-guess anything. Reading between the lines, they’ve clearly thought about making the whole process as stress-free as possible. I had it packed up and posted off quickly, with no fuss at all.

"Results came back faster than I expected"
I sent my sample off fully expecting it to take ages, and I was already half-prepared to be a bit annoyed about waiting. But then the results came back way quicker than I thought, so they kind of proved me wrong there.
No chasing, no stress, no wondering where things had got to. I just got the email, logged in, and checked everything easily enough. if anything, they made me worry for no reason, but I’m really happy with the turnaround

The test ended up being easy, but for some reason a few of the instructions didn’t quite click the first time I read them. I had to go back over a couple parts to make sure I was doing everything right. It wasn’t a huge issue, but I think it could be explained a bit more clearly for people using it for the first time.

"Not totally sure I trust the results"
I got my results back, some of it did make sense. But a few things were far off from tests I’ve had done before, so it kinda left me more confused than anything. Maybe it’s fine if you just want a general idea, but I don’t think I’d rely on it too much.

The test itself was fine. No big issues there. But the report? Kind of hard to follow. Some parts felt vague. I had to read them a few times to figure out what they were trying to say. I was hoping for clearer notes. Maybe a few examples too. Not terrible. Just not that helpful for me...
